Description: The backbone of every project. It may seem easy, but sometimes you have to have hard talks, or navigate sticky situations. I think in these situations shown here I have handled difficult situations with as much grace and honesty as I could given the situation.  

Planning Deadlines/Budgets

Project Description: What’s your budget? How are you going to spend it? How are we going to spend our time? Other than communication, the biggest component of any project is the budget and work allocation. Here are examples of some budgets and work allocation spreadsheets I have made for prior projects.

Hiring

Project Description: Hiring is the first impression of a company for an employee. It is also where we can grow the most in diversity efforts. I show a couple of the tools I have used in the past to try to keep the process equitable. Currently, I have hired over 20 people for various positions.

Project Description: “How do I do that? Where is that document??” If you have been drop kicked into a new position before, then you’ve probably had this experience. My goal for every project is to make sure that the next person who steps into my role can always do so with ease. The small examples show here some interior documents I have made for this purpose.
